Who sales stage 1 ported heads?

Who sales stage 1 ported heads?
I went to vtengines this morning and all I saw was stage 2 heads. Forgive me if I'm wrong but don't stage 2s lose low end power? With that being said Im hunting for companies that do mild port work for NA street stages that want to keep power through the entire band. Any suggestions?
