Can Saleen HID lights be used on the GT 500 front end?

I'm thinking of getting rid of my Saleen front end and go with the GT 500 one. However, can I reuse my Saleen HID's? I really dont want to get rid of them...

The GT500 headlight assembly is a completey different shape. When/if you do the conversion, you'll have to get two new headlights.

It's not an optical illusion, the GT500 headlights have a very agressive angle on the inside.

i believe i seen a new shelby at the queen mary show with the factory HIDS check with ford

Ford is offering HIDs for the 2008 models, both the GT & GT500. StangNet's project GT500 has them installed, but they didn't offer a parts list. I haven't seen anyone yet who has done the conversion themselves. It won't be long before someone does.
