Easy, just ask, I did and it worked but they swapped with a new car!

If you ask, the dealer is more than likely to take you up on your swap. Right now the 17" Bullitts are much more popular than the fanblades. They are more likely to sell their used car quickly with bullitts than they will with fanblades. That's what I did when I bought mine new. I just had them swap the bullitts that were on the new one for the wheels that were on my used car, and they were happy to do it so they could keep the bullitts.
