Zex Traction control (window switch) question
Has anyone installed http://www.zex.com/Products/NitrousA...uct_Code=82085?
How was install? Any problems or did it go smoothly?
Where the instructions straight foward? Any tips for installing?
Any feedback would be greatly appriciated. Spraying 1st gear is useless for me....plus it wouldnt hurt to have the safety up top.

I have the window switch. yes the instructions are very straight forward took about 10-15 min to install just have to remember that the green wire off the window switch can goto any wire thats not red on the cop's or injectors. my main problem with it is i have no clue where to mount it. right now i have it zip tied near the fire wall. also i would suggest on buying it from brenspeed free shipping and cheaper http://us-dc1-order.store.yahoo.net/...q9b63wQ0KHWA--

RE: Zex Traction control (window switch) question
Yah I had one!!!! Key word being had! Could never get the stupid thing to work consistently.
I had a speed shop install it.
Then another shop had problems getting it to work when they were Dynoing.[:@]
I gave the shop permission to rip it out and trash it. I'm just not sold on them, nothing better then thinking your about to spray.......and nothing happening!
Ohsix just my opinion but you are pretty skilled with the juice (Been running it a while), I wouldn't waste money on the window switch.

I was looking into them mainly for the no spray in first gear. The extra safety up top is more like an extra, lol.
But it is good (kinda) to hear some negative feedback. Being that it didnt work the place you bought it from wouldnt exchange it for you?

RE: Zex Traction control (window switch) question
Well I had a different shop do my gauges then my normal. My normal shop only has a part time guy to do their wiring and they weren't real big on the window switch anyways.
When I took it back to the shop for Dyno they couldnt get it to work. They tried several times. I even tried with them. It was hooked up right just wouldn't work.
I just said forget it and wrote it off as a 200.00 lesson. I guess I should have let my shop do the gauges and listened to them on the window switch.[:@]
