wheels and tires from same place?

I was wondering for you guys who ordered your rims off the net did you get the tires mounted and balanced from the same website so when they came they were ready to put on your car? Or did you guys just order rims and go to a local tire shop?

I got my wheel and tire combo from the Tirerack. Yes, they came already mounted and balanced.
