Been a believer in RedLine Products for years and several hundreds of thousands of miles, two cars and a PU.

Mustang GT, 5 speed, has RedLine D4 in it. Used a 10% mix of "Tufoil" from www.tufoil.com Tufoil originally recommended to me by the machinist that custom built a modified BMW engine for me. I truly believe it shifts better, smoother, still "notchy" and not like a BMW trans. Redline says the fluid good for 30 to 40k miles. I put in at 3.8k, now have 24k and change, plan to change at 30k.

Moved to NC, Redline only available here by mail order. Hassle. Found a local Amsoil dealer, 25k oil change will be Amsoil, trans change at 30k will be Amsoil, motorcycle and PU will follow when it is time, Tufoil is used in all rides.
I looked at the Tufoil web site but didn't see a tranny additive, only engine additives. Did you mix Tufoil with Red Line in the tranny? Which Red Line product did you use in the transmission?
Use the same Tufoil in the transmission as the engine. It is thick and viscous. I calculated the 10% factor and put it in my "fill" container, when I had cycled all the Redline "D4" through that container and into the transmission the Tufoil was now in the trans. I talked to the Tufoil people, they recomended the 10% mix.

Its pretty easy once you get the car off the ground. I used ramps. Nice thing is the drain and filler plugs are both only need a 3/8" ratchet, Don't need to find the right Allen Head or something. Just the ratchet itself. You'll need a "pump" which is found at the auto parts store. Drain the fluid, pump in the fluid till it wants to come out of the fill hole, insert fill plug, make sure both plugs are tight. If I recall the fill plug is on the passenger side, mid height, forward and drain is directly below it, bottom. MUCH easier than others I have done! I don't recall the amount of fluid you'll need. I do know the damn pump I had broke JUST BEFORE I finished and I had to squirm out, clean up, and go to parts house for anther. [:@] Knowing it would be a couple of years before I needed it again.
