Nitrous. But $1000 you may be a bit short for a proper set up. Unless you are ballin at installing things and know how to tune. id say you are roughly half way there.

CAI/Tune with suspension since you only have 1k...(LCA and UCA to get rid of wheel hop and get the traction for the launch) JMO

Unsafe nitrous maybe is a no-no...

So here is another recepie...

Cai+Tune and gears (low labor) that will put you in like 900 bucks..

AND NOW!

SHAVE WEIGHT!!! EVERYTHING YOU CAN!!!
Spare tire, jack, trunk mat, passenger seat, rear seat, subwoofers (shaker 1000) floor mats. EVERYTHING HUMANLY POSSIBLE.

That should do the trick...
