The date on the window sticker is NOT the build date. It is, instead, a date one to two weeks prior to when the vehicle was actually assembled - evidently when the build was scheduled.
Just ask your dealer to check Oasis to learn the actual build date.

I specifically talked to the detail guy that was going to take the stickers off and told them that I was going to frame them so be extra careful. The dealership where I bought mine from said they always put the window stickers in the glove box regardless, I guess not all do that though...

this is the first new car I've bought so I didn't think to ask about the stickeris there anyway to get a duplicate of the window sticker? (not just a copy or a regular print but a duplicate)
