Who Has Been Waiting the Longest?
I want to see who ordered their Mustang, either GT or V6, and has not picked up their car yet? I ordered mine on 11/17/04 and still don't have a VIN. Is there anyone out there that has ordered before me and in the same situation?[sm=feedback.gif]

I guess I got awfully lucky, order mine on 10/11/04 and picked it up on 12/7/04. Took about 7 weeks. For those of you who haven't gotten yours yet hang in there, it's well worth the wait!

It almost hurts doesn't it? Even waiting the 7 weeks I waited just about killed me. I can't image what you folks are going through. Just keep visiting the board, we'll get you through the wait!

I ordered a GT 5-speed iup on 11-11, and still nothing. I have been in a few times, and it is the same old spin, about the iup. No vin number, no build date, no nothing. I think I have a dealer problem more than anything. Rusty Eck Ford in Wichita Kansas, buyer beware.

I am in the same allocation area as you are. Hopefully we can get ours before they start building the 06 models.

sorry to hear about all the problems with waiting fella's i wanted to order one but they said they would not even consider it till july. but when i got shipped to england (i am in the USAF) they had a beautiful silver GT in the lot that i bought right away. i love it! i had to wait 2 weeks for paper work to get completed. that seemed to take for ever. then there is a light mod i had to get done over here before i could even drive it. you know wrong side of the road and such. well good luck with your wait i feel for you.

I ordered my 05 mineral grey, manual, iup, leather on 10/10/04 and I still have not heard anything. The wait has become somewhat fustrating to say the least.
The last thing the dealer told me was that they were trying to push for late February, but that's just another dealer promise (nothing in black and white)
I've already oredered the steeda CAI, SCT X-Calibrator, 4.10 gears and Borla Cat-back, so I'm force to wait. but it stinks.
