There is no way going down he road at normal or slightly less speeds that that rear just came out from underneath you....good luck fixing it, I would let the insurance deal with it.

Let's say it costs $6000 to fix ... going by your description and not the pictures .... even if your insurance goes up $1000 per year ... it would take 6 years to break even ... not worth it ..

sorry to hear that, happned to me on racing circuit couple weeks ago, hitting barrier with my rear, nuthing serious tho... about 2x 360 that day and drift in every curve 
what uve got, doesnt look like replacement damage to me!!! Any good chassis mechanic should be able to pull it, then just repaint and voila....
TCS is no magic button that will save you from skiding, its not EPS, it only detects wheel spin and applies brakes on rear wheels!

I know you're sick about wrecking and I feel for you, but, seriously, if your going
to goof around in the rain...make sure there's nothing around you. With rear wheel
drive, you're going fishtail. Been raining all morning here too and I had a little fun myself.
But I only play from a dig, or at a roll, but never above 10 mph. If I get out of control,
all I do is lift...if you had to brake you were going too fast.

lol. brakin into the spin. man im so happy i saved 1000$ to go to a good driver training school, they took me to an airstrip and sprayed it down and let me goof around and figure out how to stop a spin and all the good stuff. but if i never took that course i would prolly have done the same thing. sucks man, i feel for you.
