go ahead man, i heard a stang with them today, and it did sound mean and awesome, but to loud to be my daily driver. i live in a quiet neighborhood, so i think the pypes violators are gonna be more appropriate.

and also, if those loudmouths are gone by the time you get to them, pypes makes a kit they call "muffler delete" and its basically the same thing just a different brand and like $100 cheaper (msrp price). i would get those if the ebay loudmouths are gone.

Nope. Just earplugs. SLPs are obnoxious for the sake of being obnoxious.

I would image SLP's and Pypes muffler deletes will sound the same since neither have mufflers. I had the SLP loudmouths and i loved them, i had headers and xpipe and they eventually got annoying and switched to pypes mid muffler, which is perfect for me.
here is a link to a mustang w/out mufflers http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=18zFLY5EnS4
heres another with SLP's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DXHv9QoGYCo
Should all be the same. Good luck!
