While we're on the subject of rims, where can you get 18 inch bullitts that are NOT deep dish?

No, I mean like some people who have a deep dish 18 inch rim in the rear and a non-deep dish 18 inch rim in the front. I can't find any non-deep dish bullitts that are not 17 in, but they definitely exist.
