Default Install axle back by myself... can I do it?

Hey guys, my flowmasters are sitting in the garage begging to be put on this weekend (plus I finally got my intake/tune combo from B-chips yesterday). I don't have anyone around to help me, so is it something that I can do myself? I'm not a super experienced mechanic, but I know my way around tools. I'm just not sure if I need someone there to help or not. Thoughts?

You can do it with basic tools, I hope you have small hands, mine got pretty chewed up trying to get at all those damn bolts.

Yes you can. Check out Tacobill's sticked posts at the top.

Super easy just a matter of getting enough room back there, lifting the car would make the job 1000 times easier, just a matter of unclamping the stocks getting the off the hangars and getting the new ones in the hangars and clamped on, I didnt it and an Xpipe at the same time went really smoothly for a change, and im by no means a mechanic.

you can do it. this reminds me of the milwaukee best beer commercials where the giant cans fall on the guys. "Men should act like men"

No offense brother, you can do it i am most certain. My wife did the drivers side while i did the passenger side.

if you can unbolt a few screws, you should be all set. I would recommend buying a set of rhino ramps to get the back of the car higher. but they are not necassary.

Easy process...just ensure you are safe if you are going to jack-stand the stang.....plus, ensure you have all the right tools on hand....

very easy for me to do now since I've done it multiple times.

it's actually easier for me if the car's not lifted at all because then it only hurts my neck.
