Are those stripes painted or vinyl?

My car will be getting more power in Feb (Taxes). Will be adding either whipple or KB. They are vinyl stripes for now because I wanted to see if I wanted 10" or 12" before paint. I did consider clear corners just havent got to it yet. Thanks for all the good replies. I know there are alot of sick looking Stangs here so its good to hear.
