what is a 4000 stall? I see that in your sig...

ALSO... i have SLP xpipe with removable cats... should i get catless pipes to get rid of the cats. or should i just leave them, or just gut out the cats so it looks like i have cats but really dont have them... would it be worth it and how much HP?

dont gut the cats, they will sound bad. why not get o/r x-pipe, do the UDP's and CMCV deletes and seeing as you go to the track what about a short throw shifter. taking out the cats may get u another 5 hp.

i beg to differ, gutting the cats did wonders for a buddy of mines car, its just a major pain in the *** to do it. he's running mad boost on his car, and when he gutted the car ran faster and smoother, especially on wind down. sounding like a stock car rocks. i'm all straight pipes, awaiting putting on my UDP's (didnt get the bolts with it, but steeda is right around the corner ). you will have some serious gains by getting rid of the cats. my car was putting down 298 prior to the pypes, and i dunno what now, but i feel like it picked up noticeably when i went o/r H. they claim 10rwhp, but maybe the full free flow effect has synnergistic (<--spell check?)properties giving a lot more. as a point of reference, i toasted my friend's brand new 335 bimmer off the line, and from an 80 start we're dead even (those damn twin turbos...). at least i can say i'm running that n/a. i'd eat his brains w/ TT.

in regards to UDP's, i heard the reduction in accessory power dissappears after a couple thousand RPM, apparently that's all it really takes to get good performance from accessories. my car is ice cold at 80mph. i look forward to the UDP's.

Welllll... SLP doesnt sell catless pipes that would slip on the Xpipe... i have no idea where the hell i would be able to get that. I dont want to gut them out but i might.
i think ill go with the upd and cmcv... i did plan on getting a hurst shifter within the next few months.
