Without a good motor the mustang bullitt sucks. Saleen makes a far better car than Ford.At least they bore out the engine, add on superchargers, etcetc etc.
The mod Shelby was nice the first time, but Saleen is better than Ford hands down in their special mustangs.

you guys forget about the whole backround of the bullitt, it was never made to be a classy show car, with all out performance mods, it was actually supposed to look like a mustang a cop would own, the grille wasnt black THERE WAS NO GRILLE, there was a big dent on the side, and the only performance and suspension mods that were added were only so they could do the chase scene.
when buying a bullitt, you cannot expect 400 hp only a unique paint scheme, and minor suspension, and perf. mods....oh yeah and the bullitt name.
