Default Saleen Watts Link Suspension...

I just found the Saleen Watts Link suspension for 995.00 instead of 1199.00 and up...
http://www.teamjdm.com/shop/product_...roducts_id=228

They have red and black, but the red is on back order.
This is the suspension that Saleen put on their PJ model. Very nice setup.

Will that work with other suspension upgrades?

Depends on what you already have. It replaces the stock rear sway bar and LCAs, otherwise I believe it will.

Correction, the Saleen Watts link replaces the panhard bar not the LCA. It does replace the rear sway bar. It centers the rear under the car in a straight up & doen motion instead of the arc motion of the stock panhard. There are others out there that are half the money but the Saleen looks nice & is fairly light. Upper & lower control arms stay the same & aftermarket can be used.

What's funny is that Ford has had the Watt's linkage setup in the Panther platform(Crown Vic & Lincoln Town Car) for quite some time now, I have no idea why this superior set-up wasn't employed
during the S197's development. It allows the rear diff to remain centered during high g force cornering, etc.. It's basically the ultimate development of the "live" axle, the De Dion follows and of course, the IRS give the most control, feedback road holding over various road conditions.
Looks like a charm under the S197, not bad for $995 IMO

Excellent! Thanks for the clarification!
