Probably installing T-adapter for Seafoam treatment in brake booster line
Anyone agree, disagree?
My idea is to install a T-adapter into the brake booster line with a cap, of course, on the open part. The cap will be opened, of course, to do the sea foam treatment and closed when finished.
I was thinking the open part of the T adapter would be very small so that when the cap is opened the car will not bog down too much as not that much air will get in. Seafoam could then be inserted using a large medical syringe or even a small auto-fluid syringe. During this insertion the car should run fairly strong since the air opening is small. Also, the syringe would make it so the seafoam is squirted in, not poured in or sucked up, and should easily avoid the risk of hydrolocking the engine.
And when its all done... screw the cap back on. Do it every 10K miles.
The issue would be finding the perfect T adapter.
Opinions?
