Default what it feels like...

Hey, Happy Friday.

I get my GT back today; it has been in the shop all week. Someone two weeks ago backed into my side in a parking lot. The other person accepted 100%.

Been to the shop twice in the last 24 hours... I have a Focus for a rental (all week)...

Three hours... pick up.

What it feels like is I am in 4th grade, just in class againg from recess playing with the friend that is coming over to play and stay, but I have to sit in class for the rest of the day. That feeling of "being stuck, but with great reward coming" has never left me since I was young. I, however, have never felt it sooooo strong until right now.

2.75 hours now.

Oh, how the Focus doesn't do it.... LMAO.

Today is like xmas..... I am sooooo excited~!!~

So you would go for the Focus delete option?

Had a Focus prior - LOL.

I did like it; it was a good car. I live in FLG, AZ at 7000' and the drive from PHX is up 5000'. I would hold 80-85 at 4-4500k with the Focus; I knew it was a transistion car (Ford Credit)...

The 'stang holds 2300-2400 at 85 w/o a single shift at any point.... most people are like DAMN

Anyway, 1hr to take the Focus back and get dropped at the shop.

Going to Photo this thing up for a few reasons. I have not shot my car very much at all.

Should look good....

I will try & post pics.

1hr, OMG

I hope to have that same feeling this time next Friday. My car goes in the shop Monday morning 8am sharp. I have to go bigger though instead of smaller for my temp ride....Lincoln Navigator. Look out, here come de bus!

Congrats on getting your baby back safe and sound!

I love my car... everything is better. What a humbling experience in the 4-banger. That is what I am going to do when I think, "it aint enough" or is it ever???

However, the car has to go back, the painter's father died yesterday... I knew this already, but the job looks good for now as the managers tried to finish. They knew I wanted the car back for the weekend.

I can not win with this black car.

Like a coworker told me - chrome dont get you home....

I am going after mods in the spring and then - in 4 years or so, body kits and complete re-paint - two tone yes sir.

I love torque!!!!!

I had a very similar thing happen to me last Feb.; even had a Focus for a loaner from the body shop. Older neighbor lady that lives across the street backed into my rear quarter panel while she was parked in front of my house. It took about a month to get her back.

After week 2, I went to check on her and they had her all tornapart: quarter panel cut out, rear bumper off, back and rear side windows out, back seat out- man, that was a painful sight

Sure felt good when I got to drive her out of the lot though.

Of course I immediately drove straight to the nearest back country road and punched it! [sm=gears.gif]

I know the feeling. I garage mine during the week and take it out on the weekends. Its hard driving the V6 when you have a GT waiting to run.
