I tried the clay bar on mine but really couldnt feel the differance. Do you guys thinks its because my vehicle is garaged at home and in a garage when I go to work. I clay barred the hood but stoped there. thanks

you should not need to clay bar for a few years, give it a good wash and use some polish, you may need to strip it down useing some dawn detergent and start with a fresh coat of wax.

I try to claybar twice a year. I personally think it is a good idea to do this even when the car is new. Lots of rail dust from shipping, etc. that can damage the clearcoat.....
When I claybar, I wash, then claybar, then polish, then wax.....Don't use the claybar in a circular motion like waxing, but rather a straight line. Use plenty of the supplied lubricant, or some sort of detailing spray. Fold the claybar often, and if you drop it on the ground, throw it away and get another one.....
