just installed gt takeoff muffler..
and wow its awesome!
especially on cold startup.. love the sound!
Got it from vmptuning. It's a bit more expensive than ebay or what not but I think it was totally worth it.
Honestly I haven't floored my car much so I can't tell if there is a difference power wise.
And to those of you who said it took 30 min -1 hour... well it's probably because I'm a total noob at this, but it took me 2 hours! Lol it was a pain in the *** to get the bolts off but maybe thats cuz i didnt have the proper tools..
Sorry don't have pics or sounds but maybe I'll get a pic later on but right now, the muffler is not directly in the center so I gotta realign it..

Glad to hear you're happy with the new sound! And a cheap fix, at that. Can't beat it.
I have mine available if anyone is interested. I'm in El Paso, TX. (Ft. Bliss). Took 'em off the car with a couple hundred miles on it, and I'll sell 'em cheap.

Welcome to the GT take-off club.
They sound kinda ricy around 4-5K RPM
but otherwise best $25 I ever spent. Gave
her a coat of black hi-temp before installing.

And I agree, paint them black - I did mine and it looks a lot better than the silver hanging below the bumper.

bumper so black it was painted.
6 months now and still looking new and black.
