Here's my ET Streets on a stock 17' rim. They're not Bullitts, but they're the same width. Oh yeah, I made them into a coffee table while I'm not using them. I've been told that I'mtoo obsessed with my car.

255/50R17 look very good on stock rims. Sorry no pics. My car still has 235/55R17.
The factory Pirellis are unusually narrow for 235/55R17 at only 9.2" (7.5" Wheel) where as most other 235/55R17 are 9.6-10" (7.5" Wheel).
Most 255/50R17 are around 10.4" (8" Wheel).

Not the best picture but here are my 255/45/18 on the 18x8.5 rims. I know you rims are 17x8 but 255s will fit fine. 275s would fit, but they would run over the edge of the rims a little.

They were about $190 per tire from Mustangs Unlimited. Summit Racing was out of them as is just about every other place in the Atlanta area. These were actually the last 2 they had in stock. I'm sure you know that these are for drag racing and are not supposed to be used in the rain.
