Why is there no light in the glove box....?

RE: Why is there no light in the glove box....?
Light in the glove box would be useless. Unless you have nothing in it, you would not be able to see in it.
Probably some Mustang owners put their own light in there, maybe with an on/off switch.
IDEA:
It would be nice if they made the lights by the rear view mirror retractable. If you drop somethinng on the floor or LOOK in the glove box for something, all you have to do is reach up and pull the light down.
I think that would be a cool idea. Both lights would be able to retract to see on the floor and in back seat.floor.

Yes, I notice no under the hood. Found that out when I had to add windshield wiper fluid.
Most cars I had ,had light under the hood by they suck.
Flashlight is alot better when you have one with you.
The trunk lights works great.

My '04 F-150 has a light under the hood, and it works rather well for lighting up the engine compartment enough to see. It also has a hood that stays open on its own.
