One of the reasons I went with the white car rather than the torch red one the dealer also had was because the white had the stock GT wheels. (Well, and also because the white had the IUP). My hubby calls them 'coke bottle wheels'. Someone in a parking lot was ooohing and aahing over them, too, and called them the same thing. Personally, I love the retro look.
Here's a pic to show what they look like with white.
I like the spinners. I gotta get me some of those, but my sixteen year old daughter had an accident last friday (with a 93 Cobra convertible, no less--ouch). Nobody was hurt, just front end damage, thank the lord. Thank heaven she wasn't driving my stang. Anyway, any extra goodies for my stang have been put on hold to pay for the increase in our premium. Heaven knows what that'll be. Teenagers--one way or another, they'll get you.

I like the stock wheel, but I would love it in chrome. If you go to mustangheaven.com and look at the photos of the red convertible, you will see what looks like the stock wheel, but in chrome. When I asked what they were, I was told that they are actually the stock wheel for the 2006 with production starting in August. I would love to order them if anybody knows where they might be available.
