So last night I got my tuner back from Brenspeed (in for repairs)

I go to Dunkin Donuts, get me a coffee, and go to load a tune. The thing goes in recovery mode, finishes, then goes CRAZY and comes up with some error that I forget off the top of my head. And then it won't let me load any tunes!!!

So...

I go to start my car, it starts, then dies. However, it would run horribly if I gave it some gas.

So I walk my *** back to my house, grab my stock airbox and tools, and walk my *** back to Dunkin Donuts to switch it out.

Car runs now. Thank god.

Will be calling Brent today to see wtf happened.

UPDATE!

Ok...so I <3 Brenspeed. What ended up happening is I got sent a blank tuner, since when I had to send it back I unable to flash back to stock. So while in 'recovery' mode it reflashed my car to stock, but did not have any tunes loaded on to the tuner for me to send to the car.

So...

Brenspeed is re-working my tunes and emailing them to me TODAY rather then the 5-7 day standard lead time.

Best company ever?

Wow, yeah, I think you have a good excuse to rant. I'm sure Brenspeed will get everything taken care for you in the end, but that does suck.

Yea, I'm sure Brent will fix it. They have the best Customer Service I've ever seen. It could have been worse though...ever hear those stories where their stock tune gets completely erased? That would suck haha.

I hate driving my car now because it's slow and it bothers me!
