When it finally stopped raining I decided to check and see if my new Stang had a spare tire. To my surprise I found about 2 inches of water in the spare tire well..[:@]

To make a long story short I found that the third stop light in the in the trunk lid is not the best fit and water was running into it and down into the trunk.

Don't know if it is just mine or a cross the board problem so I though I would let everyone know so if it is rainy in your areas you might want to check and see if you have the same surprise I did...

Hum, I just checked mine, dry as a bone(thank goodness). It is rainy heavy in South Central Texas at the present time.

We've had the worst rain in ten years here. No problem with the trunk though. Take her back to the dealer ASAP.

I have water in my trunk too!!! I just noticed it after I had washed it. I'm taking it to the dealership this week.

i have water in my trunk too. and the passenger side fender well. its at the dealer now. any info on this wojuld be helpfull
