Don't remove your front swaybar, that's for hicks.

Seriously, handling is important too.

I wouldn't think so (I dont have it) I like my suspenion but I'm answering your question as far as weight savings -- a buddy of mine has it and drives with it every day and says that he has no problems

With the front swayvar delete, I've read that it's for drag racing applications, does that man I'll have problems driving with it on normal roads where there are turns and things of the sort?

you might want to lose the strut bar before deleting the sway bar

Well if you wanna drop the weight you have options -- it's just a matter of what you choose --

1 Piece Lightweight Driveshaft -- Aluminum Flywheel -- Carbon Fiber Doors (Seibon makes them) -- Front Swaybar delete (BMR) -- Rear Seat Delete -- Carbon Fiber Hood -- Carbon Fiber Trunk -- loosing the spear tire and jack will help (you already said no to that) -- drain your windshield wiper fluid [8D] --

Hotwheels makes a complete Carbon Fiber Kit but it's expensive

If you wanna wait for it there are some Carbon Fiber Rims for the S197 that are coming out here soon too ... talk about light, they weighed 13 - 15 lbs

Damn!
I guess you can loose a lot of weight by replacing body panels alone[8D].
Carbon Fiber doors sounds cool, if you can reuse all the internals.

Need to consider the cost though. Remember - A Supercharger can be had for $4000.

I'm one of the hicks that removed the sway barsI dont notice a difference on normal street driving with the sway bar delete and I have removed the rear one as well. would I want to drive down mountain roads at a high rate of speed? the answer would be no. my car is primarily set up for drag racing and there are a lot of things you can do that I have done that I probably wouldnt if I drove it a lot on the street. empty the washer fluid like caution said. 8 lbs off the nose. lightweight racing seats, aluminum coil over struts

Like I said above, I'm planning ongoing turbo with forged internals so I wanted to drop some pounds as well.

this wouldn't be for reduction but
relocate the battery

this should help the weight distribution
