Yeah, well, it took about 4 hours sitting at the kitchen table to do it....and yes, mine is seamed right after the curve as well....

for the same reason people all over this forum put Roush louvers, (on non Roush numbered cars) hood scoops, GT500 spoilers, front facisas, rear facsias, stripes, and all kinds of stuff that makes their car look like something it's not....I can't afford a GT500 but this is my car and I like the looks...its not the real deal...but for anyone who knows cars...they know that too...No one seems to have a problem with dressing their car up like something its not (like grills, rear ends, front bumpers, wheels ..etc)..but as soon as you put a badge on it....it's like hell froze over...I like the looks of the badge...I wouldn't tell someone it's a 500...but I hope you can appreciate the time we all spend on these cars and the craftsmanship....why should the rich elite be the only ones to have fun around here....

You wouldn't tell someone that it is a GT 500 but by putting the badge on there you are basically doing just that. Most people don't know the difference between a v6 and a GT 500 so they will think it is. Like you said it is YOUR car.
