All dealers I've talked to say they are out of their allocation for '05. One said they have 11 GTs available. Before I take the 2 hour drive, does anyone know if reputable dealerships still have 'em in stock, or am I wasting my time and heading towards an over list hell?

You can always check the dealer inventory at the Ford website. I bet he has 10 V6s and 1, or no GTs.

Thanks for the info. You were right. Ford shows that he has two v-6's and no GTs. You saved me alot of driving.

Some have them in stock. The dealership that I purchased mine from in Richardson, Texas had at least 4 GT's earlier this week (Black, White, Windveil Blue, and Redfire). North Central Ford in Richardson Tx.

yeah, checking the official ford website for dealer inventory is the way to go. i was able to track down a dealer with the exact car that i wanted. when i called them, it hadn't been delivered yet but was "arriving next week." they were actually not making it up, as they called me a week later saying that the car had arrived, did i want it, etc. total wait time for me was 5 days . . .
