If you could go see it in person and do a checklist, then maybe. I think your setting yourself up for another headache. Bite the bullet and buy new or at least local so you can see what you are getting. Take a deep breath and think about it for a few days.

I might be mistaken but your sig seems familiar... didnt you buy some used headers that ended up being crap and not even what you ordered? I would steer clear of used for a while heh just my 2cents

No way would I buy that heap. If you shop around you can get a complete NEW saleen base kit for $4,000 or just over. You don't need fuel pumps or injectors to add 100hp and 120 ft lbs of torque which is what the base kit does.
I seems to me that blower was damaged due to a front end collision which obviously F'd up the plenum and broke the bypass actuator. No telling what other damage was done.
