Yeah, The said thing is I was one of the few honost techs there that didn't sell things unless needed. But I believe in Karma so it's all good. Same with the hood situation.

I have cervini's hood and spoiler and love them, prepping the spoiler for my body shop was alot harder then the hood. They loved how easy it was to prep and paint the hood. Good luck, it sucks when things don't go right the first time.

As far as other body parts, like spoilers and ground effects, it's made out of totally different material (not fiberglass). That Cerviniwhite plastic stuff is a pain to prep and has pinholes (my experience anyway), so it needs to be primed before painting. Not cost effective.[8D]

Hey thanks VA for sharing your experience here w/ us all...I hope this will encourage vendors to be more honest and in return reward those who are. I will probably be in the market fora new hood down the road and you can bet where I WON'T be taking my business.
