I didnt even jack my car up to do the install, so when I tightened the bolts the car was fully on the ground.... Should be the right place to do it from? Still get clunking... Im not complaining, just saw the thread and joined in.

Did you jack the rear end up untill the shocks were back to that mark before going for torque? If not you probably have them bolts preloaded which is why your having problems.
Wrong, even with the bolts fully torqued to 130ftlbs, if you unbolt the other end you can still rotate it on the bushing. That's one of the jobs of the bushing, to allow rotational movement so you don't get binding.

No problems with my non adjustables, and I do have the grease fittings on both the front and the rear of the LCA.

No?

These are BMR control arms by the way. Picture is directly from their site.

Are you sure you don't have Tubular Lower Control Arms, non-adjustable, with polyurethane bushing and spherical bearing combination. Then it would just have one, where mine are the ones with bushings on both sides.
