Default bmr lca's help if you have them

determined that my non-adjustable bmr control arms were making a crunching noise while my suspension is flexing. bmr told me to take them off my car and lubricate the front bushings since the zerks fittings only serve to lubricate the rear ones. they only have 4000 miles on them tops and I greased them up at 1000 and again a few days ago to see if the noise would go away. Anyone have to take them off and relubricate the front bushings? Does this sound right?

I would sell them & buy ones that have 2 grease fittings. I hear many issues with BMR fitment & failures. What a joke, take them off & grease them, BMR told you that?
My J&M arms have 2 grease fittings and cost less & work perfect, what about Spohn or CHE.

Mine clunked from time to time, despite the grease. I've since changed to Steeda and have not had the problem recur.

Can you drill a hole in the front end and lubricate through there? I've been thinking of doing this....

you all have had problems. this seems a bit silly, anyone else. dave from brenspeed is telling me the installation was done wrong and this noise would come from improper jacking of the car and it should be jacked on the axle tubess

Sounds like improper installs to me. Did you guys make sure to mark the shocks when the car was on the ground? Did you jack the rear end up untill the shocks were back to that mark before going for torque? If not you probably have them bolts preloaded which is why your having problems. I installed mine according to the Ford manual and haven't had any problems with my BMR LCA's or LCA's relo brackets.
