Just read eBay sellers feedback -
grog1731
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=220143711386
NEW FORD RACING & HURST 05-07 MUSTANG GT SHIFTER New
NEGATIVE - Item Missing Bushings, No Directions, Not New - Emailed twice, got not response!

Readsellers feedback and avoid the scams?
I did, just didn't read 10 pages into his feedback. And it was actually that guy that left the negative feedback that was selling the item again on ebay when I discovered the missing bushings...

But I only will only end up paying $124. Thats still not a bad deal in my book if I am able to reuse the old parts...

$250 buy it now price!!!!! Those "neopreme" (neoprene) washers must be really expensive.

Haha, you mean the absence of the bushing makes it unique. Yeah, I have no idea why the guy has the Buy-It-Now set so high. I just placed a bid to win the item... I rarely use But-It-Now unless it's already a good deal.

I selected it to show 200 at a timeand its on the second page near the top.
Its a great deal as now you can reuse the OEMs or go Prothane for under $20.
Personally I dont like the Hurst as it loks like the OEM one you are replacing.

I believe he means the body and arm of the Hurst compared to OEM, not the handle or ball........Just guessing......

Are you talking about the plastic piece that goes to the front linkage that comes out of the OLD shifter? Not understanding which part you are talking about. I read these instructions... Do they mention it in them? I think you are talking about page 2 step 14...

Yes, I have read that the "Hurst uses the OE stampings" and if
you have ever seen a stock V6 shifter and a Hurst side by side
they look the same from the underside of the vehicle. Compared
to a Roush or a Steeda shifter with the milled aluminum main beam
the Hurst looksa little like a stock shifter moreso than a Roush or
a Steeda.
