Has anybody installed a different automatic shifter yet ? It's getting annoying that they only make different shifters for Manuals. The S197 is gonna be 3 years old soon, How about it Hurst or maybe B&M ? Anybody else feel the same?

I sure do! I thought B&M was making one but haven't heard anything about it.

I'm fine with my shifter, i think it flows well with the car. I'm not ghetto shifting my car anytime soon anyway, even with a new shifter.

its when you shift through the gears manually with an auto tranny...

whens it coming out? and dosent powershifting hurt the trans? i just want the look.

wow...havent seen that TCI before....looks bettere than that POS B&M that we have been waiting for 2 years for!

why call it ghetto shifting. For example my friend and I were racing 2 cars exatly a like. Me manualy "ghetto shifting" him in D and i won by half a car.
I think Id pull a lil ahead but very little shifting myslef and I like shifting myself rather than the car when im racing.
