There are three pieces that make up the rear bumper. Looks to me like this person painted the center piece and the ends of the of the other two.

He painted the part of thatpiece with the roush letters flat black.

Are we talking about the black color or the actual letting? I assumed the black color. My bad. A lot of people assume the black color is a press on decal of some type, and it's not.
The bumper and the inset lettering part are add on plastic parts.

ya i AM talking about the black area on the rear valance.....i have the roush rear valance and im wondering how they got the blackened area black: whether its painted or an insert of some type...
if its an insert, where the h3ll do i get one from?, lol
