Default should I go with this combination?

I have a vista blue 4.0 and I loved my silver stripes until recently. Just a warning to anyone thinking about putting silver vinyl stripes on, enjoy them while they last, because mine didn't. I loved the silver while it lasted but it seems to be way too common for the stripes to get messed up quickly. I'm not the one who put the stripes on, (they came with them on it) and I have pictures of how bad it's been getting and right now the only reason they're still on there is so that I can use them for layout when I put the new ones on. Right now I'm thinking of the same 10" size matte black stripes with 1/2" silver metallic pinstripes from BSM. This is kind of a bad pic but it gives you an idea of what I'm thinking of. I originally wanted to go with white stripes because they absorb less light and would probably last longer but I really want something different too.
any feedback would be great.

Looks good. I'm doing the wide stripes in black on my vista blue but on the hood only & the reverse c-stripes. This pic shows both but on yellow. Also I had my scoop painted black @ the paint shop while they where repainting my hood for the 3rd time.

Voted for gloss black because that's what it looks like in the pic, which looks pretty sweet IMO.

Do it, and name your car "Bruiser"

Seriously, I tihnk it will look pretty good. It's only vynil, so it's not permanent if you don't like it.

I like the stripes but not the pinstripes. I am so undecided about putting stripes on my car it is staying naked.
