As horrible is it may sound. I go to the dealership at least 5x a week,and spend about 50 hours a week there. Hahaha I am a service advisor....

I took my car in because it creaks and rattles behind me when going over bumps. They kept the car for three days, and didn't fix anything. Apparently they did tear out the back seats and all the trim, as well as break a wiring harness. So when I get it back, not fixed, I take it home and then discover the back seats weren't installed properly but rather were just sitting there not clipped in. They wouldn't clip down, and then I find that the trim pieces aren't reinstalled and that plastic trim is just sitting in my trunk and rear floor.

I have had it back twice to get things reinstalled properly, and they are ordering new clips for the rear seats since they are "worn out". Basically they fixed nothing, and ended up breaking several things in the process. For my next service I am taking the car to the Lincoln/Mercury Dealer. To think they could return my car that way, makes me wonder if they actually changed the oil and rotated the tires while it was there. How can you trust service that is so lazy as to not put the car back properly?
