I have a condo and park on a non coveredprivate lot, the only good thing about it is that I have an assigned spot. However,I made a deal with my dad, I keep all my tools at my parents house so he can use them when ever he wants and he allows me to wash, detail, and do any work I want inthe garageor driveway.
