So yes if you have the HID headlights your fogs will appear different because there just regular halogen bulbs like on normal cars, or non HID stangs.

I believe your correct, on my 08 gt, i have the HID headlights with foglamps but my foglamps are yellowish where my headlights are pure white. I just came to the conclusion that ford slacked off on this, and didn't wish to do HID foglamps so they just did standard halogen bulbs for the foglamps.
