I like those little things but IMO theres too many, you couldve put like 2 on there and youd be good

Pretty simple, they are just standard 3/8" 2 inch standard bolts...

Just have your dremel ready to cut away the extra. As a hint, be sure to tape off the areas around the areas that won't be cut. This will help you avoid having to scrape off the hot melted plastic that will sometime attach itself to the visible part of the spoiler.
