That picture is not the right one. The real car looks like a new Tiburon. What I don't get is how can it beat a Mustang yet it's slightly heavier and has 60ft-lb less torque.

That was the only picture I could find at Google. In C&D it is a 2 door. Should be ready for 2009.

Calling something a 'mustang killer' is not hard at all, just needs 300hp and be around 3000lbs or lighter. Handling doesn't need to be much to beat a Mustang.

Also... Hyundai's original take on this new car is that its suppose to be a challenger to the $100K luxury car market, for a cheap price. As we know with luxury cars, like the Mercedes AMG cars and BMW's 5 and 7 series, they are VERY fast and can easily be Mustang killers. This hyundai is no different.

And just like the very fast high-end mercedes and BMWs on the road, how many actually care to race you? Few, if any at all. The buyers of this hyundai will be no different.

Premoetheus, that car is pretty sick! Ugly short rear end but the rest is awesome. I bet a simply 3.2L V6 inside there would be awesome if the car were light enough. Interesting stuff....
