Picked up my GT/CS bumper for $120 cash. That was last year when they cost $220. I bought it from a cheftjpeck because the price was so good. I still haven't painted it yet, but will be painted by the end of this year woohoo!

that is very ugly, i've also seen it on a car. it adds too much bulk on the lower half.
go ahead and get the CS bumper.... it's the same as the GT500 w/ a different part # and a couple hundred bucks cheaper.
i know, i got the more expensive one all because he put in the GT500 #

Fallout, be careful with the dealer...
You buy that cover as a kit : It comes with the monting hardware etc... Retails for $399 (August price).
Don't have the part number handy.
If you buy the bumper cover alone, you get raped... $478, last time I checked.
It doesn't make any sense, I know, but the kit is cheaper

Same for me... Couldn't pass it.
I wanted the GT500 front end but the CS price won me over.
I will switch eventually

The only aftermarket rear bumpers I like are GTCS/500 and Saleen - otherwise i like stock, and the little chins for them or whatever usually don't look nearly as good as the real deal.

im confused on what you just said...buying the cover WITH mounting hardware would be about $399 but just buying a replacement cover(as if someone with a CS got in a fender bender and only needed to replace the cover,not hardware)would cost more?..what kind of stupid *** logic is that O.o
oh well..either way im not going with it, im gonna use the SS one. half the price and a similar look
