Seriously, the hood section of the Super Stripe is a BITCH to put on.

I've put stripes on about 15 cars now, without many issues... but Gotdayum, It constantly bunches up in the middle and ends. After I creased it twice, I decided it was time to take it off and rip it in half. [:@]

I think dual 10" white stripes will look better anyway.

130 bucks down the drain. awesome. [&:]

(btw, I still have the rest of the stripes, untouched, if anyone needs replacements.. gloss white) ;)

E-mailRob(at BSM) and tell him what happened, he'll work with you on getting that center stripe replaced I'm sure. I had a mishap with my front bumper stripes(twice!) and he replaced the 6 pieces that make up the bumper section(for like $20 including shipping). Get a hold of him first, and you'll be surprised by what you might hear.

Yep, the SS on the hood is a challenge, to say the least. My advice, if you do go back to it, is get it set as close to the windshield as possible, then work toward the nose. I had wrinkles in the stripe right at the front of the hood for probably an hour or an hour and a half after setting the part closest to the windshield. It became a matter of principle for me, since supposedly it would fit!!:D:D
Keep smoothing the wrinkles toward the nose, as you tuck the strip under the front hood lip......eventually, the wrinkles will stay gone as the stripe sticks while tucking it under.....

Sucks, I know.....
