grinding in 2nd gear

I recently noticed that every time I want to shift hard or quick into 2nd it makes a awful grinding noise.. only when shifting to 2nd.. normal driving and shifting into 2nd is fine.. any ideas?

yank a lil harder towards 7 and 8 oclock, works like a charm for me
