Hey folks, thanks for all the great help, suggestions, pictures, and how-to's so far! It's been a huge help. I'm sure all these questions have been answered before, but I haven't been able to find a few answers while looking thru all the stickies. (there are also some broken links)
I just bought an 05 Torch Red V6 coupe. The first few things I'm going to do are take off the tape stripes, replace the rockers with GT takeoffs, and possible stripe the hood. What is the best place to buy GT takeoffs? Also, could you post pictures of your red s197 with stripes? I'm leaning towards dual white stripes, but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks again!

Also sometimes it's cheaper to just get from ford parts department as shipping isn't always cheap. I got my GT bumper that way and saved $100 dollars.

Ebay is the best place to buy the rockers and if your going to do stripes white is the perfect color, if it was my car i would buy the gt front bumper and rear bumper also, they are selling on ebay for under 100 bucks a piece plus shipping, many gt owners are upgrading and want to get rid of those large parts. then do the 10inch stripes and getsome dual exhaust.I buyall my car partsoff ebay and have never been disapointed.

Ya I need a new passenger side rocker panel for my Black GT. I looked at newtakeoff, they want $135 shipped. Ebay would be cheaper if I could win one of the dam bid wars. Are their any members who upgraded to better body kit sideskirts willing to sell their stock ones?

I also need a new passenger black gt front fender.

Get the GT front wheel well liners as well to go with the GT take-off front bumper.
They are needed for proper fit of the GT bumper on a V6.
