On the Shelby website, they have 3 different backspacing for the razors, 5.5", 6", and 6.5", all are 24mm offset.
What did you guys get? Is it really different?

I think you misread that. In the description for all the razor wheels it says something about 6" backspace and 24mm offset being standard for 05-07 Mustangs (even though it's really not). But depending on which wheel you're looking at (5.5, 6, or 6.5 backspace) it says one of the following in the Special Notes below:
12mm offset (5.5" backspace)
24mm offset (6" backspace)
40mm offset (6.5" backspace)
