I washed my Mustang earlier in the week, but then a light sprinking of rain and a little dust made it look really dirty, so today I went over it with Turtle Wax ICE spray detailer to clean off the dust and spots, and then I applied a thin coat of Turtle Wax ICE polish. (We had temps near 70 degrees today!) I decided to take it down the road to an empty parking lot and get a few pics, and then I played with some image software I have.

I'm always pleased with the finish ICE gives me, but I'm wiping smudges out for a couple of days. They just won't go away the first day no matter how much I buff.

BTW, I heard someone say they used ICE polish on their windows, so I tried it...after cleaning, of course. Wow! I've never seen my windows that smooth and clear. It worked really well.

my brother mentioned ICE and i ignored him, cuz he drives an 06 altima. I'll take your advice though and try it next time. Can't argue w/ the results.

well.. I guess I have to wait for spring to try it...... we are expecting some snow again tomorrow and it's just much too cold to be outside doing anything.

tried ICE myself, not again though, left smudge's all over and had to rewash.

I haven't used it in a while (before today), but I think I found that if I go over the car with a light mist of water from a spray bottle and then wipe with a microfiber, it removes the smudges.
