Strut tower brace wont fit...

Strut tower brace wont fit...
Just got it in the mail and wonder if my frame might be bent a little... its sooooo close but I cant get it to fit any ideas on how to fix it or to get it to close that 1/4th of an inch gap?

I read that on the 05-08's you may have to take off the engine cover to get the strut tower brace to fit depending on the brace. I read alot into it before I had gotten my frpp handling package because it came with the strut tower brace. Did you buy your car new or used. If your frame is bent or warpedit most likely cause it was nvolved in a wreck. Where is it hitting or not reaching?I'd be more suspect of the STB as opposed to the car honestly. These frames are pretty precise and stiff.The STBwas probably manufactured poorly.Who is NRI? STBs are really not neccesary on these cars anyway. More or less just eyecandy.

Jack the car up from the center of the lower frame, that should cause the upper mounts to stretch a little
