Body kit install

I was quoted 1600 for paint and install for a cervinis ellie kit on a n 08 gt. What do you guys think I know i have seen post on here guys paying 4k+ but im in south carolina, stuffs a little cheaper here some times let me know what you guys thing thanks

sounds resonable,i was quoted from 1200 to 2400 on my street scene kit,but installing it my self.
